Your The-Doll-House Doll, is custom made just for you by the manufacturer, from the specific doll options that were selected.
As this is a custom product created just for you, once production of your custom doll has commenced, the order may not be cancelled.
There is usually a period where an order is in the production queue - we can cancel your order at this time without issue.
Should you wish to cancel because you have changed your mind, and no error has taken place on the part of The-Doll-House, then the PayPal or card processing fees will not be refundable.
Once production has begun of your made-to-order doll, then cancellation of the production will incur charges, so a full refund will not be possible, but we will be able to refund a significant amount of the costs.
Returns are accepted only if you have received an incorrect item due to our error, or a defective item (broken joint, or silicone/TPE tears of over an inch). In which case we are happy to pay for the return shipping, fix or replace the item at no additional charge and ship it back to you. (standard production and shipping times apply). Should you wish to just claim a refund outside of these criteria, then you are required to ship the package back to us (we can help with a good company to do this that will insure the package for you) and we will then refund you the payment made.
For health reasons, we cannot accept returns on any doll if you have used the doll. As soon as you have used the doll in any sexual way, you do not have this guarantee anymore.
You have 3 calendar days after delivery, to report any issues.
Please inspect your doll as soon as it arrives.
Unfortunately, items that are damaged through improper use are not eligible for return or refund, regardless of the duration of time the product was used for.
